Save the Date! Monday, Oct. 5, the Friends of the Gaylord Library invite you to the 6th Basket Auction & Author Night @ the Gaylord Library. “Potluck Paradise Buffet” Supper & Silent Auction from 5:30-7 pm. Award Winning Minnesota Authors of “Potluck Paradise,” Rae Katherine Eighmey and Debbie Miller will be speaking at 7:30 pm. Please donate your baskets by Sept. 14. Bidding on the baskets starts Sept. 14.
Kids Events @ the Library! Please Register for all classes @ the Library or call 237-2280!
• Panda and Friends Storytime - Kids join Ruth Wolter for fun stories, finger plays and songs. Every Fri., @ 9:30 AM, starting Sept. 25. Watch for a special appearance by PG Panda!
• Chess Club - Meets every Tues., starting Sept. 29 @ 3:30. Basic Chess is taught by Allen and Max Bartels. They welcome back old and new members. Grade 2 and up.
• Youngest Book Club in Town - Mrs. Knacke has lots of great books with fun activities. Meets the last Mon. of the month @ 3:30, starting Sept. 28, for kids in grades 4-6.
• Knitting Club - Kids 3rd grade and up have fun learning basic knitting skills. We meet every Thurs. @ 3:30 starting, Sept. 24. Please bring knitting needles size 7, 8, or 9 and yarn.
• After School Movies - Elementary Kids! Join your friends for a movie on the BIG SCREEN in the Community Room of the Library, every Fri. in Oct., 3:45.
• Fun Fall 4-H Adventures - Fun activities, crafts and snacks for kids K to 5th grade, sponsored by Sibley Co. 4-H and Connie Rettmann. Starting every Thurs., Nov. 5 @ 3:30 for 6 sessions. Register by paying $6 @ the Library.
