Hub’s letter policy in weeks leading up to the election
Thursday, October 23rd, 2008Letters to the Editor that are critical of a candidate or program will not be published after the October 23rd edition of The Gaylord Hub.
This newspaper (and webiste) will accept responses to previous published letters after the October 23rd edition. But any response prior to the election can only address issues brought forward by a previous letter writer.
Brief letters and those focusing on local issues, written by local residents, will get publication priority. Statements that may be considered libelous will not be published.
