CITY OF GAYLORD

An Ordinance AMENDING THE GAYLORD CITY CODE, SECTION 153.147 REGARDING conditional uses in the i-2 zoning DISTRICT BY adding subpart (D)

The City Council of the City of Gaylord Ordains: § 153.147 CONDITIONAL USES.

The following uses shall require a conditional use permit based on the procedures set forth in §§ 153.215 through 153.225.

(A) Planned unit developments, as regulated by §§ 153.195 through 153.205;

(B) Petroleum storage according to the requirements set forth in §§ 153.195 through 153.205; and

(C) Other uses determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be of the same general character as the uses listed above; and

(D) Personal storage.

This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Gaylord this 4th day of August, 2010.
