Gaylord Girl Scouts, as part of a Thinking Day activity Sunday afternoon, made more than 100 salami and cheese sandwiches for Simpson Housing, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Minneapolis, that provides shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Each family with Girl Scouts also donated a box of cereal to the organization.
