Finger-licking good!

Thursday, March 26th, 2009
It was a sweet treat for Gaylord Scouts on Saturday as they got a first hand look at the Pinske family’s maple syrup making process. Although this is prime time for collecting sap, Pete Pinske said conditions have been less than ideal. There needs to be more fluctuation in temperatures for a “good” sap run, Pinske explained. Making maple syrup has been a Pinske family tradition for more than 40 years.
