Sealed bids will be received until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2008, for the sale of a house and garage owned by the County of Sibley, in the City of Gaylord, Minnesota. The physical address of the buildings is 6 - 6th Street, Gaylord, MN 55334.

House: 1961 single-family rambler, masonite siding, 2 BR, 1 bath, 30,000 S.F. (56 ft x 20 ft)

Garage: 23 ft x 14 ft, masonite siding

Seller makes no warranties as to the condition of the structures and they will be sold separately “as is”.

Buyer is responsible for moving the structures off the property by Feb. 1, 2009, and moving will be done at buyer’s expense.

All bids must be submitted on sealed bid forms as provided by and available at the office of Sibley County Public Works, 111 8th Street, PO Box 897, Gaylord, MN 55334. The structures will be sold separately for cash.
