NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
March 27th, 2008Notice is hereby given that the Sibley County Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 7, 2008 to begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Sibley County Courthouse Annex Basement Auditorium, Gaylord, MN 55334.
VARIANCE
1. Richard Rogich, Le Sueur, MN for a Variance from the minimum setback requirements of the Sibley County Zoning Ordinance. A variance of 13 feet is requested for the construction of a septic system 12 feet from the rear property line. Within the A-General Agricultural District. Located to wit: 2.63 acres of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 34, Township 112N, Range 27W (Kelso Township)
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
1. Shady Lane Sportsman Club, Glencoe, MN for a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a shooting range. Within the A-General Agricultural District. Located to wit: Platted Lot 7 (10 acres), Section 9, Township 114N, Range 28W (New Auburn Township)
2. Greg Genelin, Le Sueur, MN for a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a single family dwelling on a new site. Within the C-Conservation Agricultural District. Located to wit: 5 acres of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 23, Township 112N, Range 26W (Henderson Township)
You may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed request.
The hearing of said requests is not limited to those receiving copies of these notices, and if you know of any neighbors or affected property owner who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of said public hearing.
