The Oliver Comparts drove to Sauk Centre on Saturday, to help Dale and Mary McDonald celebrate their anniversary at Captain Tonys, Diamond Point Sauk Centre.

On Saturday Don Slinger and son Adam, who live in Lake Elmo ,visited with Barney and Lola and had lunch with them. Don was the conservation officer in Owatonna for many years and is very knowledgeable about all of nature.

Thursday, Joyce Brinkman, Bert and Janice Budd of Cheyenne, Wyoming were overnight guests of Duane and Marilyn Olmanson. That evening for supper, Keith and Sjonia Olmanson, Omar and Kathleen Olmanson, and Jacob Leif and Karla Olmanson, Dale and Hope Redlin, joined the Duane Olmansons, Budd’s and Joyce for supper and also celebrated Joyce’s birthday.

I received a phone call one day this week from Willard Anderson of Wisconsin. He tells me that he has had kidney surgery on September 13th and lung surgery on October 5 at the Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He says that he is getting along good, and he sounds good.
David and Heidi Gunderson of St. Peter announce the arrival of their son Carson Parker on Tuesday at ISJ in Mankato. Carson weighed 7 pounds 9.7 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches in length. Carson has two sisters, Peighton, age 4, and Makenzie, 7, and a brother, Austin, age 15. Grandmother LouElla Engleson of Harris, Iowa and grandparents Darwin and Brenda Gunderson of Norseland.
