Sibley East will have three early dismissals
September 20th, 2007Sibley East will have three early dismissals this school year in order to conduct teacher in-service training.
Sibley East will be dismissing two hours early on three Wednesdays – October 3, December 5, and February 6.
According to Sibley East Superintendent John Langen-brunner, the decision to include three early-dismissal days was made by the 15-member district calendar committee last January and February. The school board approved the calendar in February 2007.
Activities during the in-service will be handled by each building principal, Langenbrunner said.
