Those who helped Margaret Norell celebrate her birthday Wednesday evening with supper were: Don and Laurie Webster, Gilbert and Pearl Studemann, and Carol Tostenson. Many more happy ones Margaret!

Don and Laurie Webster were among family and relatives who helped John (Bud) Chrest of Winthrop celebrate his 75th birthday recently.

Wednesday noon dinner guests of Duane and Marilyn Olmanson were Ron and Doris Rollefson of Ward, South Dakota.

Recently, Rose Anderson helped great-granddaughter Jenna Fischer of St. Peter and her dad celebrate her 15th birthday Jenna is the daughter of Mike and Mischelle Fischer.

The next day, Rose Anderson helped her granddaughter Amanda Bruns celebrate her birthday in St. Peter. Others present were her mother, Jane Anderson and her grandmother Lois Meierding.

Norseland T-Shirts are for sale at the Traverse Des Sioux Garden Center in St. Peter, and Norseland Lutheran Church and Scandian Grove Lutheran Church.

Marvin Thoele celebrated his 85th birthday for three days. Kevin and June Thole brought June’s mother from Fremont, Michigan with them. Jean asked us to greet Rev. Craig and Teresa Ferkenstad for her. Others who came were Heidi and family, Sandra and Bob, Marcia and Don and Levi and Lola Freundl.

Harold and Louise Rodning, Susan Franzen and Barbara Endrud of Buxton, North Dakota returned home on August 30th after an 11 day trip to Lowell, Montona to visit Harold and Donna Bjorlund. From there they went to Glacier National Park and from there to Lake Louise in Canada, and home. They had an enjoyable time and no mishaps.

Dr. Katey Walter of Fairbanks, Alaska returned to her home after visiting with Peter Anthony for 10 days.

Those who attended the 1948 St. Peter High School Class reunion from this area were: Clinton and Barbara Gunderson, Jackie Fifield, Marilyn Theis, Leroy and Fern Siebenbrunner, and Duane and Marilyn Olmanson. It has been decided to have a reunion every year the 4th Friday of August at Patricks on Third
