August 30th, 2007Notice is hereby given that the Sibley County Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 10, 2007 to begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Sibley County Courthouse Annex Basement Auditorium, Gaylord, MN 55334.
Variance
1. Sylvia Reinhardt, LeSueur, MN for a Variance from the minimum lot size requirements of the Sibley County Zoning Ordinance. A variance of 2 acres is requested for the construction of a new home on a new site of 38 acres. Within the A-General Agricultural District. Located to wit: West 38 acres of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 27, Township 112N, Range 26W (Henderson Township).
You may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed request.
The hearing of said requests is not limited to those receiving copies of these notices, and if you know of any neighbors or affected property owner who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of said public hearing.
