New Auburn to host combine demo and fireworks
June 28th, 2007It will be a loud and colorful fourth of July in New Auburn as the Fire Department hosts its annual combine derby followed by Fireworks courtesy of the VFW.
The combine demolition derby will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the New Auburn City Park. A fireworks display will begin at dusk over High Island Lake.
New Auburn’s Fire Department will also host a dance Tuesday from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Lake Club building. Music will be provided by Rock Box.
Food stands will be available at the community events.
In Gaylord, the Legion will be hosting its annual chicken dinner Tuesday, July 3 from 3 - 8 p.m.
