Hundreds of people attended Memorial Day services Monday in Gaylord and New Auburn. Pastor Harold Storm gave the Memorial Day addresses at both programs, speaking about veterans from past wars and the present war in Iraq. John Peterson (left) was recognized for his 50 years of continuous Legion Post membership. He is pictured with Legion Vice Commander Dale Jensen.
