New Auburn's 100,000 gallon water tower

Construction began last week on New Auburn’s 100,000 gallon water tower. Work is being done by General Construction Services, Inc. of Stillwater. David Webb, co-owner of the company, said that the water tower is expected to be completed in two to three weeks. It will be 150 feet, 11 inches in height and will be painted beige with reddish-brown trim. City Clerk Wendy Becker said that the water tower and the city’s new water treatment plant are expected to be “on line” in June.
