Bea Hanson, of Mesa, AZ, spent a week and a half in Minnesota while her sister Marilyn Olmanson underwent hip surgery. Marilyn is now in St. Peter. Bea left for home last Tuesday.
Norma Tostenson is now residing in Arlington with her son Dan and family.
Gabrielle Davis of UMD spent the last week at home with mono and strep.
Our sympathy to the family of Veronica Battig who died in a house fire. Her son Al and Duane worked together at Red Owl years ago.
I received a card yesterday, The person who signed it also has a picture of her as the postage stamp. How neat! I understand you can get this done through the post office.
I had the pleasure of having a young man (Sam Eckberg) from our community get me for Physical Therapy. Sam says he has been doing Physical Therapy for 5 years, but does not plan having it as his vocation.

Relatives attended the funeral of Mrs. Kent (Pam) Olmanson of Waseca, on Wednesday at Hartland Lutheran Church.
Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Eckberg of New Sweden are proud to announce the birth of their 15th grandchild, Charlotte Kathryn Strange. Charlotte was born to mark and Ann-Marie Strange of Bloomington on Dec. 20, 2006, and weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. Charlotte joins big sister, Julia 20 months. Congratulations to all!
