Pelicans on Lake Titloe

A flock of more than 200 pelicans has made Lake Titloe its home in recent weeks. Each morning, the birds team up and swim near the lake’s shoreline in search of fish.

Also, a flock of Canada geese appears right at home on Third Street East in Gaylord. This is near the east Gaylord stormwater pond which has become a resting spot for hundreds of “honkers.”
